Golden Jubilee Celebrations

2010 is  the Golden Jubilee Year  for Cheshire Homes India, Bangalore. To commemorate this milestone a number of events has been organised. 

1.Cultural programme by the residents  at HAL Convention Centre on 5th Sept 2010 at 5 pm. The Governor of Karnataka is the cheif guest.

2. Souvenir for the Golden Jubilee Year is being published and will be released by the Governor at     the cultural programme.

3. Fund raising through 'Buy a brick'  campaign to replace the 80 year old bungalow at Whitefield  with the new building with facilities for housing 30 elderly women, creche for  poor children and a training centre for the disabled. Click here for details.

4. Golden Jubilee Garden at Airport Road Home where each resident has planted a  fruit tree and  is looking after it.
